This healing camp brings cultural teachings, activities, and knowledge to our participants, so they find healing, connection, and identity.

'Coming of Age' is when children began their transition to becoming a man or woman
Buffalo Relatives as Our Teachers
We listen to the stories of our ancestors and we observe these teachers that we may learn how to be in relationship with each other and the land.
"Having the Buffalo back amongst us gives the people strength- both physical and spiritual. They were our food, clothing and shelter for many generations, for thousands of years. The meat is healthy and when we harvest an animal, we do it with prayer. The meat is blessed. So when the people eat it, they receive blessings and strength."
